Norwegian Jade is designed according to the concept of Norwegian Cruise Line's "Freestyle Cruising" and features 12 international restaurants (2 main restaurants and one buffet-style restaurant included in the fare, along with 9 alternative restaurants that require prior reservation for an additional fee (from $15 to $49 per person): French, Asian, Japanese, American, and others), as well as 10 different themed bars. The ship has two outdoor pools and one indoor pool, 6 hot tubs, a fitness center, sauna, spa, a magnificent theater, karaoke club, and casino. The separate area, The Haven, offers a personalized service experience, and the suites on the ship can accommodate up to 8 guests and range in size from 50 to 500 sq.m.

There is a 24-hour room service available on board (but there is an additional charge for this service from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM).
