The smaller size of the ships allows them to dock at smaller ports. The extended duration of stays in these ports, often the ship stays for 2 days in the most interesting ports, offers the opportunity to take excursions to places that tourists on other ships cannot reach due to a lack of time for such excursions.

Excursions are organized in small groups, making visits to historical sites much more comfortable. Also, all ships in the neo-collection have a special approach to food. You do not need to choose a dining shift, as you can visit the restaurant at any time that suits you. The menu is tailored to the ports of call. Thus, guests of the ship can try dishes from national cuisines. And all guests can take advantage of the concierge service.

The cruise fare includes onboard dining with an "All-Inclusive" system and free seating for dinner. On the ships of the neoCollection, a specially crafted menu has been developed in collaboration with the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo. It is possible to order a special diabetic and gluten-free menu.

There are 4 restaurants onboard, including the alternative restaurants Samsara and Club neoRomantica.
