MSC Opera

The large, comfortable cruise ship MSC Opera, launched in 2004 in France, is the perfect place for a wonderful holiday. Elegant lines, exquisite Art Deco design, and modern equipment can satisfy the most discerning taste. In 2005, MSC Opera was recognized as the best ship in its class for its safety, elegance, and quality of service, receiving the prestigious Berlitz Guide award, which had previously been awarded to three other ships in the MSC fleet (MSC Sinfonia, MSC Lirica, and MSC Armonia).

In 2015, the ship underwent renovation, adding spacious new cabins with balconies to delight guests with stunning panoramic views, and expanding the restaurant and buffet to offer an even greater variety of culinary dishes.

The company MSC added a new 319 m2 area for music and dancing. With the help of prestigious partners such as Chicco, LEGO®, and Namco®, amazing new play areas for children of all ages were created, starting with the exciting Spray Park filled with fun water features. And to offer even more ways to relax, MSC Cruises expanded the luxurious MSC Aurea SPA, adding more space for massages.

A new shopping area called WALK THROUGH SHOPS is open on Deck 6. Teatro dell’Opera - a state-of-the-art interpretation of traditional theaters. Please note that attendance at the theater for evening performances is only possible with a reservation (not required for other ships). There are three quick and easy ways to make a reservation: connect to the free onboard Wi-Fi with your smartphone or tablet, use the touch screens on various decks of the ship, or ask the administrator.
