Seven Seas Mariner

Seven Seas Mariner was the first cruise ship in the world where all cabins were suites and had balconies. In 2002, it was named "Cruise Ship of the Year" by Ocean and Cruise News. Despite two major renovations - the ship underwent extensive updates in 2009 and 2013 - all interiors still maintain a retro style, creating a more intimate atmosphere on board compared to modern large ocean liners. The refurbishment has only added freshness, elegance, and luxury to Seven Seas Mariner, while preserving the warmth and charm that all Regent Seven Seas cruise ships are known for.

All suites on the ship (except for Concierge and Veranda types) have been redecorated, furnished with new furniture, and the lighting has been replaced. The main theater has been modernized and features a new grand show with elements of aerial choreography set to the music of Michael Jackson, Pink, Queen, and other pop music stars. Charming bars and new furniture have been added to the lounges Horizon Lounge and Mariner Lounge.

At the Canyon Ranch Spa, new steam rooms have been installed, the changing rooms have been updated, and the fitness center has been equipped with the latest exercise machines. The pool area, as well as other relaxation zones on the open decks, have been furnished with modern beach furniture. The restaurants Pool Grill and La Veranda have become more attractive and cozy due to new designs and decor.

The service on the ship is characterized by exceptional warmth: the staff is impeccably attentive to details and wonderfully friendly. Seven Seas Mariner is one of the few cruise ships where families with children are truly welcome, and young passengers can enjoy their vacation just as much as adult guests.

Onboard activities include a variety of entertainment and educational programs: computer classes, lectures by guest specialists and experts from the cruise company, as well as daily art auctions and film screenings in the Constellation Theater, the main show lounge of Seven Seas Mariner. A lovely tradition of afternoon tea in the Horizon Lounge, a lounge with panoramic windows offering excellent ocean views, is quite popular. Many lounges and bars on the ship regularly host musical concerts featuring various performers and singers.

The shore excursions are excellently organized on the ship. In addition to signing up for organized groups, guests can obtain all necessary information, maps, and even video materials about the region at the onboard excursion desk in case they wish to embark on an individual journey.

Seven Seas Mariner features several cozy bars and cafes with a good selection of drinks and snacks in a calm atmosphere. One of the most interesting spots is the Coffee Connection café, located near the library. Like the library, the café is open 24 hours a day, and during the night hours, when there is no staff present, guests can use the coffee machine to prepare their favorite drink. At other times of the day, travelers are offered not only high-quality coffee and tea but also aromatic pastries and original desserts.

By the way, you can enjoy reading and a cup of coffee not only here but also in the Garden Promenade, a bright and spacious gallery with panoramic windows. The gallery is also considered a popular place for playing board games.

Onboard Seven Seas Mariner is one of the most prestigious spas - Canyon Ranch Spa Club, offering a full range of cosmetic, dermatological, and general wellness services. The spa area also includes a sauna and steam room.

All cabins on the ship are equipped with everything necessary for each guest to enjoy comfort and a carefree vacation: large beds, a wardrobe, a bathroom with marble finishes and high-quality toiletries, a stocked minibar, a refrigerator, and a plasma TV with 13 channels and an interactive system, allowing guests to watch onboard lectures and presentations on demand, as well as documentaries about the ports of call and the shore excursions offered by the company.

Please note that in 2015, the company introduced a new unique service on its cruises: guests in Master, Grand, Mariner, Seven Seas, Horizon, Penthouse, and Concierge suites receive a complimentary internet package lasting up to 500 minutes.
