Seabourn Odyssey

Launched in 2009, Seabourn Odyssey became the first new ship of Seabourn Cruise Line. Approximately 90% of the ship's suites feature private verandas. For the first time, a completely new category of cabins appears - the Wintergarden Suite, which includes not only a standard veranda but also a glass-enclosed solarium area with a hot tub and a daybed for relaxation. The ship also offers the option to book two adjacent suites that can be combined into one large cabin with two bedrooms and two verandas, accommodating up to six passengers. Among the features of the new ship are one of the largest spa salons among cruise vessels of its class, as well as a more extensive range of services provided to guests during the cruise.

On the 11 passenger decks, there are two pools, six outdoor jacuzzis, dedicated areas for water sports, and a dedicated showroom for showcasing diamond jewelry.

Despite being nearly three times larger than the older ships in the Seabourn fleet, the vessel maintains a unique warm atmosphere of a private country club with excellent personalized service: literally from the first day of the cruise, the entire staff already knows the guests by name and face.

The main differences of Seabourn Odyssey from large ocean liners are that there are never any queues, there are always available seats in restaurants, bars, and theaters, the spa and fitness centers are not overcrowded, and there is always a free sunbed by the pool on the upper deck at any time of day.

In accordance with long-standing traditions, the main entertainment on Seabourn Odyssey is socializing. There are countless opportunities for this on board. Generally, only intelligent, educated, and interesting people gather here, including invited specialists from various fields who conduct master classes, give lectures, and engage with passengers on topics related to the features of the region through which the cruise route passes.

However, this does not mean that there is nothing to do on board except talk or listen: there is a fairly large theater where Broadway-style shows, solo performances by famous artists, and cabaret shows take place. Additionally, each bar hosts musical evenings. On board, there is also a well-equipped library and computer center, and the cabins feature a modern interactive multimedia system with a rich selection of movies and music.

Seabourn Odyssey is a true six-star floating boutique hotel. Its suites are luxuriously yet elegantly decorated: marble finishes, soft lighting, and a calm color palette create a refined and cozy atmosphere. By the way, the ship's special intimacy is highlighted by the fact that the company has opted out of a traditional large, gleaming atrium: the reception is located in a small area, a kind of oasis of calm and quiet, where guests can enjoy elite coffee and the freshest desserts while waiting for their questions or issues to be resolved.
