One of two new ships from Oceania Cruises, launched in May 2012. The ship was built at an Italian shipyard and, of course, stands out for its special elegance and sophistication, as Italy is rightly considered a recognized benchmark in the world of fashion, design, and the fashion industry. The main hall of the ship is adorned with a magnificent staircase featuring two spirals of steps, decorated with crystals from Lalique, six crystal columns, and a handcrafted Italian chandelier with 380 crystal spheres.

Riviera significantly differs from the older vessels of the cruise line with its spacious cabins, more richly decorated interiors, and a greater variety of restaurants, bars, and public areas. According to the company itself, it is one of the most beautiful cruise ships created in the last 50 years. The interiors of the cabins were designed in collaboration with the renowned fashion house Ralph Lauren Home. Over 90% of the cabins have private teak verandas.

The Canyon Ranch SpaClub offers a wide range of services, including various types of massages, exclusive spa treatments, wraps, reflexology, and aromatherapy. The complex also features a special thalassotherapy pool.

For gourmets, the Bon Appetit Culinary Center is open - a center where culinary shows, master classes, and cooking courses are held.

One of the most interesting bars that has appeared on Riviera is the wine bar La Reserve by Wine Spectator, featuring an excellent selection of elite wines and professional sommeliers to help with your choice.

Several new restaurants have also been added on board, including the original French bistro Jacques, named after Oceania Cruises' chef Jacques Pépin. The bistro's menu features the chef's signature dishes and classic French cuisine, including foie gras, frog legs, escargots, lobsters, and duck. Another restaurant that is a must-visit is Red Ginger - an Asian cuisine restaurant with an excellent selection of original dishes featuring duck, tuna, seafood, and meat.

To entertain guests, a variety of master classes and courses are organized on the ship. On Riviera, guests can enjoy interesting creative activities such as photo editing, jewelry making, painting in various techniques, and much more. Additionally, on every cruise, guest lecturers, specialists in various fields, are on board to share insights about the countries and cities along the cruise route.

Riviera also boasts an excellent library and a spacious Internet center.
