Each restaurant has its own culinary direction and design. Guests do not need to arrive at a set time for dinner and can choose which restaurant to dine in. This program is called DYNAMIK DINING. The main restaurant, CHIC (Deck 3) - is open for dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The chef will delight you with exquisite cuisine from all directions. The most popular dishes include Mediterranean bass, Icelandic black cod, truffles, grilled shrimp, and beef and salmon carpaccio served with exquisite side dishes. The main restaurant, The Grande (Deck 3) - is open for dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Guests at the restaurant are offered lobster, beef carpaccio, chicken in orange sauce, and various desserts. The main restaurant, American Icon Grill (Deck 4) - is open for breakfast from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM on port days, and from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM when the ship is at sea all day. Lunch is at 1:30 PM when the ship is at sea. Dinner is from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The menu includes fettuccine with smoked sausage and chicken, clam chowder, ribs, seafood, sides, and desserts.
