Payment Methods

Payment for a cruise with Simple.Cruises is made using the invoice issued for your booking. Before making a payment, you receive a contract and can review the cost of the trip, the services included, and the payment schedule.

How to Get an Invoice

After you choose a cruise, we create a provisional booking. Once the full details of all travelers have been entered, the Simple.Cruises system automatically generates a contract and an invoice for payment.

Before paying, check the following:

  • travelers' first and last names;

  • the ship, itinerary, and travel dates;

  • the cabin category and selected fare;

  • the list of included services;

  • the amount, payment deadline, and cancellation terms.

If you notice an error, inform your manager before making the payment.

Payment by Bank Transfer

You can pay the invoice by transferring funds to the current account using the IBAN details:

  • in your bank's mobile app;

  • through online banking;

  • at a bank branch.

For the transfer, use the bank details, amount, and payment reference stated in your invoice. In your banking app, select payment by IBAN or payment using bank details.

Always use the current invoice issued specifically for your booking. If its payment deadline has passed, contact your manager first to check that the amount and terms are still valid.

You can pay for your booking online, including through a payment link provided by your manager or available in your personal account.

An additional acquiring fee is charged for this type of payment. Before confirming the payment, check the fee amount and the total amount due on the payment page.

Deposit and Final Payment

Depending on the terms of a particular cruise, you may be required to make:

  • a deposit and pay the remaining balance by a specified date;

  • full payment at the time of booking, including for certain fares or departures coming up soon.

The deposit amount and final payment deadline depend on the cruise line, tour operator's terms, fare, and departure date. The exact payment schedule is stated in your booking documents.

Payment in installments is available only when provided for under the agreed terms.

Amount, Currency, and Fees

Refer to the amount and currency stated in the issued invoice. If the cruise price is set in a foreign currency, the conversion method for payment is specified in the booking terms and contract.

If there are multiple payments, check the amount on each new invoice. Do not calculate the additional payment yourself using the exchange rate from a previous payment.

Your bank may charge a transfer fee in accordance with its rates. Check the fee before confirming the transaction.

After Payment

Keep your receipt until your trip is over. If needed, send it to your manager, including your booking number.

Allow time for the bank transfer to process and make your payment in advance. If the payment deadline is today, notify your manager immediately that you have made the transfer.

A transfer receipt is not a cruise ticket or confirmation of your booking from the tour operator. Check your booking status and how to obtain your cruise documents with your manager.

Changes of Plans and Refunds

If you need to change or cancel your booking, contact Simple.Cruises. The possibility, amount, and timing of any refund are determined by the contract terms and cancellation rules applicable to your booking.

Review these terms before making a deposit: some fares may include non-refundable payments.
